Modern Technology Captures Baby Animals in the Womb

It’s not often we get to peer into the world inside the womb, and none of us remember what it was like, but producer Peter Chinn is helping us understand a little bit more about what goes on before birth. His images, produced for a National Geographic documentary called In the Womb: Extreme Animals used real-time 4-D ultrasound images and computer models to create an astoundingly lifelike vision of animal gestation that is beautiful and even a little unnerving.
